#015 Expression or Depression: The Importance of Following Your Soul's Calling with Erica Wexler

Do you have something deep down that you want to express? Something that you know in your heart and soul that you must share with the world? These expressions come in the form of art, music, or even business. Are you creating yours?

In this episode, we’re connecting with Erica Wexler and she’s going to explain why, for her, it’s “Expression or Depression.” Erica is a badass oil painter, a beautifully deep soul, and one of my favorite humans to share a laugh with. Her story and perseverance are completely inspiring to me. Erica tenaciously works towards building a life on her terms, she has overcome unimaginable adversity, and still finds a way to be a shining light in any space she holds. We’ll discuss her creative flow; she’ll talk about the ups, the downs, and the hows of being a “full-time” painter; and she’ll tell us why she feels it’s expression and authenticity OR death— because art is truly her therapy. Erica and I have known each other for a couple years now, and every time I see her, I only find more depth and more love within her. She says that stepping into her soul’s true path has brought her to her “soul-fam,” and I believe that because I know it’s what brought us together.

I’m excited to share just a bit of this soul-fam’s magic!

I want you to think back and ask; what was your sex education? Who did you learn from? What did they teach you? Was your pleasure one of the topics? In this episode, we’re connecting with Melissa Louise, a “Sexpert” who has traveled, taught, and supported clients in 25 countries over the past 30 years. Melissa believes it’s everyone’s birthright to have true, sacred, and guilt-free sexual and menstrual education, that will lead us all to knowing “Our pleasure is NOT optional”. In this episode, Melissa will help remove any guilt surrounding sex, she will make you question what you know and what you have learned, she will talk about her journey, and give you tangible advice and activities to master your pleasure, your relationships, and your life. But all I can say is; through Melissa’s bold, yet down to earth message, I’ve learned so much and feel extremely grateful for everything she has to share. #005 Energy and Intuition with Courtney Alex

How in touch are you with your intuition? In this episode, we’re going to be speaking with Courtney Alex on how to connect more deeply to our intuition. Courtney will teach us how to create our own energetic library to feel aligned in life and decision making, and we'll discuss her path in becoming an Intuitive Coach, Chi Gong Practitioner, and Psychic. She travels around the world, flowing like the beautiful little fairy that she is, and teaching others how to connect more deeply with their intuition. She does this online, as well as via in-person workshops, or one on one.

When I was living fully in practicality, words like intuition and psychic didn’t really have a place. Those words used to be turn-offs for me. My practical brain wasn’t open and always needed to be right. But in recent years, I have really been working on being open and trusting my intuition. Learning to make decisions that feel the most exciting for me, and releasing that need to always be right. Doing so, has brought so much beauty into my life. Amazing experiences, awesome people, and the feeling of alignment. Which is why I have realized my intuition is my greatest ally in decision making, and has brought so much love and joy to my life.

I brought Courtney on for this episode to dive into her story of how she became an intuitive coach, how she taps into her intuition, and how you can tap into yours. I couldn’t think of a better person to share different tips and techniques. Courtney is pure love and I’m happy to be able to share her love and knowledge with you!
